• Exam type and service tier preference

How we use it

We use your information solely to:

• Manage your position on the waitlist
• Notify you when bookings open
• Send service-related updates about Proctord
• Determine if you're within our service area

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising
• We do not send unsolicited marketing emails

Third-party services

We use Resend to deliver transactional emails. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for email delivery. No other third parties receive your data.

Data storage

Your information is stored securely on our servers. We retain your data for as long as you remain on the waitlist or are an active customer. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Unsubscribe from emails at any time

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its sale (we don't sell it).
